Diddy’s case threatens to tear his family apart amid questions over $400 million media empire…His Children Wants Lawyer To Read His Will already

As Sean “Diddy” Combs sits inside Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, questions continue to swirl over the hip-hop mogul’s future in and out of the courtoom. Combs, best known as the founder of the influential Bad Boy Records label, is due in court next May as he stands trial over federal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking. Combs’ arrest came months after authorities raided his Miami and Los Angeles homes, confiscating drugs, weapons, electronic devices, and thousands of bottles of baby oil that were allegedly used in Combs’ now-infamous “Freak Off” sex parties. Combs’ media empire — not to mention the remainder of his life — is at stake when his case goes to trial in 2025.

According to OK Magazine, Combs’ mother Janice and his son Christian are wrestling for control of the family fortune, which is estimated at roughly $400 million in light of Diddy’s recent financial losses.

“Janice thinks she’s the best person to step in,” an insider revealed to InTouch Weekly. “But Diddy’s son is just as determined to take the reins. It’s become a full-on showdown, and tensions are skyrocketing.”

Diddy’s attorneys continue to profess their client’s innocence, even as the lawsuits continue to pile up and the 54-year-old’s mother and son fight over his assets. One of the newest court filings against Combs claims that he drugged and raped a 10-year-old boy who had visited him for an audition in 2005, one of a myriad of assault lawsuits dragging down the rapper and producer.

“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” Diddy’s attorneys said in a recent statement.
