Even so, only once has the LIV Golf Pro reached close to the objective of the show, to break a 50 on a golf course. And he did so with Trump while carding a 22 under overall in the two-man scramble.
Over the 18 holes that the pro golfer and the politician teed off in, they carded 12 birdies alongside 5 eagles. Had they birdied or scored an eagle on the par-3, 121-yard 6th hole and at the Trump Bedminster, then the duo could have very well broken 50 on that layout from the front tees. It would have been a first for DeChambeau in his videos as well.
